The right candidate will help design and develop SharePoint solutions, which meet the strategic goals and business needs of the organization.
- Design and create solutions utilizing Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Windows SharePoint Services, Visual Studio, and SharePoint Designer along with other .NET components
- Collaborate with SharePoint Administrator and Wed Producers to successfully initiate, deliver, implement, and support Microsoft SharePoint installations
- Partner with the Web Production team to create and maintain standards for website navigation, content, and design
- Create, update, and support user interface and page content across all internal and external web sites
- Basic knowledge and experience with of SharePoint's out-of-the-box capabilities and how to extend SharePoint's functionality required
- Familiarity and some experience with SharePoint components such as templates, content management, workflows, user authentication/authorization and web parts required
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Access required
- BA/BS in Information Technology related field or equivalent work experience required
- Basic skill using HTML, CSS, and SharePoint Designer preferred
- Experience in C#, Java Script, Visual Studio, and ASP.NET preferred; experience in XML development preferred
- Exposure to .net development in multi-tier, multi-platform based applications preferred
