Associate Small Business Banker-Based out of Rosemont Banking Center-Orlando, FL
The Associate Small Business Banker (ASBB) reports directly to the Small Business Banker Manager and is a critical component of the bank's overall small business sales and service strategy in banking centers with substantial small business opportunity. ASBBs are responsible for establishing themselves as primary points of contact within banking centers for walk in small business customers and the resident expert for Small Business products, services, and strategies in a banking center. The ASBB will spend the majority of their time meeting the sales and service needs of small business customers. They are also responsible for uncovering the small business customer's personal banking needs to deepen their consumer relationship. The ASBB will be expected to make outbound calls to targeted banking center Small Business customers and partner with their dedicated Small Business Banker to perform site visits with small business customers to deepen relationships.
