Associate Software Engineer
Associate Software Engineer
Under the guidance of a senior, lead or principal software engineer, designs, develops and maintains software components and products that support the client's business applications. Uses tools, languages, coding standards and best practices to develop new product features and maintain product functionality and enhancements. Creates and executes unit tests and addresses defects. Works closely with QA and other teams to ensure consistent understanding of requirements and approach.
Requirements:
• Administers, implements, and provides technical support for a new printer application and associated hardware used in a client server environment utilizing a specialized set of diagnostic tools with elevated privileges.
• Develops specifications to detail what new systems or enhancements to existing systems can accomplish.
• Knowledge of technical analysis, implementation, configuration, and upgrading of printer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of personal computers and personal computer software. (MS Excel a must and if possible Pivot Table creation, but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of interactive processing and remote printing.
• Considerable technical problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide analytical, technical, and administrative support in planning, designing, and implementation of information technology hardware, software, and network components.
