Zywave, Inc., a cutting edge technology products and services company, is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to create web-based applications and serve as a technical resource on projects.

 

Our Web-based technology solutions allow employee benefits and property and casualty insurance brokers to differentiate themselves from their competition. We are an agile team dedicated to constantly widening our horizons and mastering new technologies to continuously position our products ahead of any competition.

Members of the development team also are welcomed to compete in our annual Innovation Contest, which allows for some healthy competition, and challenges our team members to come up with innovative concepts that may find their way into saleable products.

 

Including the above, essential functions include:

·         Develop rich applications using .NET, AJAX, WPF, Javascript Silverlight

·         Create unit tests and scripts to support continuous integration and bug-free releases

·         Maintain, enhance, and add to Zywave’s product suite

·         Assist in product deployment, including creation, installation, training, and maintenance

 

Requirements and Recommended Skills:

 

·         B.S. in Information Systems Technology or Computer Science

·         Familiar with current .NET development technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET), Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, Windows Workflow, Windows Communication Framework, and object-oriented principles preferred
