Strategic Intelligence/Analytics is responsible for strategic data/information, value at stake analysis and other business analytics in support of strategic planning and execution

Accountabilities in this role
- Good understandings and practical knowledge of contemporary statistical theories and practices, including OLS regression, logistic regression, categorical data analysis, survival analysis, mixed models, experimental designs, latent factor analysis, clustering techniques and decision trees. Bayesian methods and forecasting.
- Develop customer attrition, promotion response, customer behavior, demand and pricing predictive models, run customer and product
segmentations, conduct price testing and various ad-hoc analyses to increase profitability and ROI. - Good SAS coding skills (Base, Macro, SQL and Stat) to automate various business analysis and delivery processes and to quickly extract business insights from large transactional data.
- Initiate, conduct, and report various Pricing Science and Analytics initiatives using an extensive use of SAS and other analytic tools.
- Involvement in large transactional level data extraction, cleaning, massaging, integration, analysis and reporting of various Pricing Science Initiatives.
- Become a positive force and key member of a dynamic team by interacting, discussing, and presenting analytical findings to various functional team members within Cardinal Health. This includes cross-functional Pricing Science initiatives, updates, and processes.
Qualifications
- Masters degree or above, with emphasis in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, and Engineering
- 2-5 years professional experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
