Associate – Tech M&A recruitment

The Associate will be joining a team of experienced investment banking professionals with an established track record of successful MA, corporate finance advisory and capital raising transactions in the Tech sector.

The successful candidate will have 1 or 2 years of MA experience at the Associate level from either a bulge bracket, mid-tier or regional investment banking institution.  Candidates without direct MA deal experience will not be considered. We will consider exceptional 3rd year Analysts with Tech experience at a bulge bracket.

An MBA is preferred but not required.

Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 undergraduate GPA from a top-tier university for consideration.
