The focus of this position is to deliver tracking integration and other technical support in accordance with established policies and procedures, quality standards, and productivity goals. The employee in this position is distinguished by a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction, realized through strong verbal and written communication skills. The employee displays an aptitude for technical aspects of online marketing, and can articulate concepts clearly and concisely to clients who may not have as much experience. The Associate Technical Services Specialist is expected to learn quickly, ask questions to improve their skills, and is expected to do increasing portions of their job independently without constant input or direction from their manager.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Ability to learn and demonstrate a strong understanding of CJ's business model.
• Identify roadblocks, propose thoughtful solutions, and appropriately escalate problems to their manager.
• Provide knowledge and support with respect to recommended and required integration methods.
• Be equally proficient at paying close attention to detail and at being able to see the big picture.
• Possess strong analytical skills needed to diagnose/solve compliance related issues.
• Able to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.

Required Education and Experience

• Requires a working knowledge of HTML, and basic Java Script.
• Knowledge of PERL, ASP, JSP, XML, Java, and C++ preferred.
• Must have strong analytical skills; proficient with spreadsheets and simple database functionality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong time management, follow-through and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Modern office methods and procedures; online computer operations; personal computer and appropriate software applications; html; database concepts; Internet business models including portals and search engines; all Intra/Internet functions and features.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university (four years of professional business experience may be substituted for this requirement)
• Requires 1-3 years business experience in addition to the above
• Prior technical training and/or technical support experience preferred
