This award winning Private Equity firm seeks an Associate to join their team with a focus on Tech Media.
The UK Tech and Media sector is extremely active and competition for quality acquisitions is challenging. As a result the firm is now looking for an Associate with detailed understanding of the UK Digital, Media Tech development space to join their team. The firm also has interests in Europe, Asia and the Americas so on occasion, cross-border
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* 3-4 years Investment Banking or Private Equity experience in the UK.
* Strong knowledge of the UK Tech Media sector
* Outstanding financial acumen: financial modelling, due diligence, analysis and instinct
* An ability to debate and assert your position with conviction
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a Private Equity firm with an excellent pedigree, particularly in Tech Media.
