Associate, TMT Corporate Finance Advisory recruitment
Our client is a major advisory firm, who are now looking to add an associate to their team, focused on telecoms, technology and telecoms clients. They have a strong pipeline of work at the moment, primarily from expanding clients in the mid market space, and are very busy.
The associate will with the Directors on the execution of deals. Whilst there may be some origination, the real focus will financial analysis, valuations, financial modleling, negotiation, deal structuring, advising and meeting clients.
Candidates will either work in corporate finance advisory with another bank or advisor, or possibly the corporate finance advisory teams of one of the major accounting firms. TMT experience would be useful, although is not essential if the candidate has a great deal sheet and interest in the sector.
