Job/Group Overview:
Responsible for the Operations processing for required products in China
Responsibilities:
• Monitors and processes the daily transactions, FX, MM, Derivatives trades, Loans, Deposits, Bonds, Repo, etc for CNY and foreign currencies.
• Assists line manager in the development of policies and procedures and processes day-to-day support activities
• Participates in the license applications related projects.
• Monitors and performs the KYC and the account opening process.
• Monitors and processes the regulatory reporting and the compliance check for all related trades in Shanghai branch.
• Provides the great services to our clients.
• Develops the relationships with the regulators.
• Be a liaison role to interact with HK and India teams.
• Pass the work related exams, including but not limited to CDC certificate, CNAPS exams
Requirements:
• University graduated, minimum of 5-8 years of related working experience
• Ability to multi-task under pressure with excellent attention to detail and high standards of quality in work
• Possesses team work esprit.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Effective Written Communication and verbal Communication Skills
