Associate, Transportation & Infrastructure
You will be responsible for providing execution support on live transactions, including project coordination with external parties, ensuring deadlines are met; proper due diligence is performed; and financial modeling and valuation analysis are thorough and potential risks are identified early. You will work with an analyst and will seek internal clearances for projects by preparing the mandate approval forms, deal team lists for compliance, KYC procedures for clients and coordinate with legal on NDAs and mandate letters. You will conduct market research and financial modeling as required to support the development of new business initiatives. You will train the analysts on financial modeling, valuation and presentation skills and provide additional checks and balances for the Director on the analyst work performed and over time, demonstrate a strong understanding of the full suite of products offered by the bank in order to progress as a senior banker.
Pre-requisites:
- Degree holder in finance or business is preferred
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience at a well-recognized global banking institution
- Transportation and Infrastructure industry experience is preferred
- Must have already mastered valuation techniques and presentation skills
- Possesses a keen willingness to develop execution and project leadership skills
