Our client is a leading US investment bank with an established presence in the Global and European investment banking space. They are looking to appoint a corporate finance Associate to join their highly successful Group in London.The team has had an exceptionally busy stat to 2013 having already closed a number of transactions across a broad spectrum of industries and are already dealing with a large pipeline for q3 qnd q4. This position is part of their general expansion plans. The relevant candidate will have experience in:
· MA advisory, IPO’s,
· Working for a leading MA boutique or Bulge bracket bank
· Structuring executing transactions
In this position you will be:
-Performing financial analysis
-Assisting in due diligence
-Conducting research and valuation
- Must be at Associate level
