Associate, US Private Equity Fund recruitment
Our client is a substantial, mid market US private equity fund who invest in management and leveraged buyouts across Europe. They typically invest between £50 - £100 million in growth companies, and will invest in all industry sectors.
They are now looking to add an Associate, who will join their London team. The role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- due diligence of potential investments, carrying out an initial review of management, market, sector, business and financial model
- preparation of investment case for investment committee
- financial/ LBO modelling of the deal, detailed financial analysis and valuations
- deal structuring and execution
- liaising with and managing advisors as principal
They are interested in meeting someone who will have a background as follows:
- analysts (just promoted to 3rd year summer of 2011), or associates from tier one banks
- excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
-strong background in mergers and acquisitions or leveraged finance transactions
