Associate & Vice President M&A – (German Speaking) recruitment
A leading US investment bank based are looking for an Associate and Vice President for their MA team to cover clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The team have completed one deal every month so far this year with an incredible pipeline and fantastic leadership from a very well respected investment banker.
- Candidates will have had experience of large cap MA, ECM and DCM transactions.
- Candidates will be able to manage several deals at a time in a very fast paced environment.
- Candidates will be expected to be able to demonstrate a knowledge of the Germany-speaking region and will be very client-facing.
- Candidates will have had experience of financial modeling and analysis (DCF, LBO, Merger)
- It is desirable for candidates to have had prior experience of working in a bulge bracket investment bank
