Associate / Vice President, Ratings Advisory
A need has arisen for an additional Associate / VP level hire into a growing ratings advisory team. The team works alongside Structured Leverage Finance and Debt Capital Markets Bond Origination teams reviewing deals and making recommendations on potential ratings and how these transactions should be assessed.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the deal teams on origination and client management, credit analysis and cash flow modeling and the structuring of mandates.
The ideal candidate will currently be working in a rating agency covering Leverage Finance or Structured Covered Bond deals and looking to make a move into an investment bank.
