Associate VP – Account Management and Business Development recruitment

Responsibilities:

1)Business Development:

-Increase bankers productivity by leading the creation of development course and using training sales coaches to deliver the programs on the ground based on current experience and trends

-Collaborate with the off-shore / HNW PD specialist to drive higher revenue from this segment

-Drive the development of the Business/Commercial Insurance segment and the creation of the process in PACS

-Review incentive schemes prior and after launch and ensure they are effective and profitable. Negotiate remedies/enhancements when required.

2) Account management

-Ensure the account has all the required up-to-date processes in place with the various functional heads and with the Bank to stay efficient and keep growing the portfolio

-Resolve deviation requests of any kind

-Consolidate Marketing allowance and sales incentive budgets and spend

-Prepare quarterly country steering committee / Management report / presentation deck

The role will require collaboration with:

Functional heads, mainly:

- Customer Management - Consistently analyze the current customer profile and banker selling behavior to improve the banker’s skills.

- New Business- to remove inefficiencies or create new proceses to support the sales

- Bank’s Bancassurance Managers and Insurance Head

Required Skills and Experience:

- Ability to define opportunities and identify problems, collects and analyzes data, establish facts and make valid conclusions and recommendations.

- Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity (big-picture perspective, asks "why") and yet a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious).

- Insurance Sales experience

- Exceptional communication skills to negotiate both internally and externally

- Demonstrated ability to work as a team, but also independently and autonomously.

- Open and able to work closely with the bank and find a compromise

- Solid problem solving skills

- Project management skills
