Associate / VP – Advanced Modeller
Our client, an established US Private Equity firm with a global Real Estate Investment portfolio is looking to hire an Associate / VP level candidate to enhance their deal execution capabilities.
Main responsibilities include:
Advanced cash flow modelling
Credit analysis
Due diligence and loan structuring
Portfolio analysis and loan asset management
Pitch presentations
Managing junior client relationships
The successful candidate will be involved in direct investment deals, buying prime real estate in London as well as portfolio acquisition of distressed loans.
You will be expected to undertake building cash flow models from scrath in Excel and you will be given a modelling test as part of the interview process. You must have UK Commerical Real Estate deal experience.
