Associate / VP (Energy and Infrastructure focused)
As part of the global team, you will be working actively on all aspects of new platform investments, add-on investments, divestitures and related financings, including but not limited to the following: • Oversee extensive financial modelling and quantitative analysis on investment targets • Perform in-depth research and present on the fundamentals of potential investments; and general industry research to assist in the identification of opportunities • Support deal execution including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation and financing • Support asset management functions for portfolio companies, including exploring strategies to create value at the portfolio level • Assist in the review of key portfolio companies from both a strategic and financial perspective, and assist in the execution of transactions arising from such review • Support key functions, including supporting the CEO with investor activities You should ideally possess the following: 1) Degree qualified from a reputable institution 2) Between 3-5 years’ work experience in a top tier investment bank or private equity firm specializing in infrastructure, corporate finance, MA or structured finance 3) Independent and critical thinker with strong analytical ability 4) Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to confidently interact with senior management, investors and peers 5) Strong financial modelling skillsets
