Associate/ VP required for leading ECM team
Due to the strength of deal flow the ECM team are looking to add an experienced hire. The role is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team in a market leading bank. The team consists of over 40 professionals globally and will work on a wide range of transactions.
The candidate profile should include:
- Corporate finance experience, ideally a mix of MA and ECM. Ideally, currently and Associate or VP in a competitor
- The ability to manage an ECM transaction, coordinating process both internally and with external advisors.
- The ability to build and review financial models, as well as managing work flow of junior members of the team
- The ability to build client relationships that will lead to the strategic expansion of the business
- The ability to work in a team environment, integrating quickly and efficiently into a busy team
- A 2nd European language would be desirable but not essential
