Associate/Analyst, Insurance Linked Securities recruitment
Our client is a leading reinsurance brokerage and consulting firm, which is renowned for its operations in the Insurance Capital Markets.
The position will be part of the Solutions team and will provide support to senior members of the team.
The position will suit someone who aspires to a senior Structuring career. More specifically, this person will:
- Work in a team of Structurers who focus upon marketing, modelling and structuring ICM trades, from origination through to execution.
- Structure Insurance Solutions covering a wide array of products, including the Securitisation of Insurance risk, Cat Swaps, Receivable Puts, Longevity and Mortality Swaps.
- Prepare pitch documentation and assisting in the process through attendance at pitches, liaison with senior clients etc.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years experience in finance, preferably in an insurance-related area.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent academic background (degree from a leading university).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Initiative to take responsibility for a task and complete it.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Proven capability to be creative and proactive.
