Associate/Associate Director Leveraged Finance Execution recruitment
The successful candidates will:-
1) Have proven Leveraged Finance Experience
2) Review transactions introduced by the originations function to assess their suitability for inclusion in the leveraged loan portfolio.
3) Take a leading role in the internal credit and approval process for proposed transactions, from inception through execution
4) Be expected to independently identify transaction strengths and weaknesses, form conclusions based on your own and third party due diligence as well as recommend appropriate debt structures and terms.
5) The AD will train and coach junior team members in financial modelling, credit underwriting and legal documentation
6) Prepare and present credit and approval memoranda
7) Carry out and supervise industry / company analysis and review financial models as well as potential sensitivities to the business plan
8) Draft and review term sheets and legal documentation and participate in negotiations with customers
9) Attend bank meetings, meetings with management and due diligence meetings / calls
10) Liaise and coordinate other internal functions (finance, tax, insurance, technical, environmental and legal) during deal execution process
