Deutsche Bank’s Asset Wealth Management Division has more than EUR 820bn* of invested assets and is one of the world's leading investment organisations. AWM also provides customized wealth management solutions and private banking services to high-net-worth individuals and families.

 

The Global Client Group (GCG) is a newly formed coverage team with the following aims;

Act as the client interface with the investment community for AWM

Client centric organization – putting clients first

Key interface with portfolio managers and regional Wealth Management

 

The Sales Reporting Team is being set up to ensure that all aspects of sales reporting and Revenue Credits (RCs) are covered for the GCG Group and its senior management

Revenue Credits are a transaction based measure of ‘value-add’ awarded to  Deutsche Asset Wealth management coverage for the distribution of AWM and CBS Products. Revenue Credits are used as;

A measure of client value across all of AWM

A way to measure salesperson, client and product value creation, and

A mechanism for allocating the costs associated with the sales function to the various trading businesses.

You will be part of a Global team that supports the Global Client Group (GCG)(over 800 salespeople) covering a range of AWM products. This newly established production team provides management reporting and analysis support to the GCG management team, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the report population

As a MI Analyst in the group you will need to develop relationships with the key business partners through daily contact with Business and Desk heads in the region. You will be handling daily reporting requests from business stakeholders as we partner them in the running of the sales business.

Key responsibilities will include:

 

Analyzing revenue credits processes and deliver accurate RC reporting to front office clients.

Supporting integration of new business groups with process change, review analytical measures, new reports, and managing exceptions

Managing key business projects

Heavy spreadsheet, database and Business Objects report creation. 

Support Sales Reporting projects that impact AWM and the GCG business

Performing value-added analytics to support tactical and strategic business decisions – requiring extensive data extraction and data manipulation exercises

Developing, prototyping and rolling out management reports using Business Objects and other tools

Strong Financial/Reporting Analyst

Experience with databases and database query tools would be an advantage in the role, as the team is responsible for the data integrity of the trade capture system infrastructure.

Product knowledge is an advantage but given the broad suite of products the sales-force deal in, it is not a requirement to have an in depth knowledge across all.

Experienced with both Excel and Access with a focus on working with databases

Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to discuss and escalate financial and technical issues are key attributes to the success of this role.

Experience with Business Objects reporting, Cognos and other database extraction tools is an advantage

Must be detail oriented and have an analytical mindset with the ability to deliver key insights through ‘out of the box’ thinking

Well motivated and enthusiastic team player, able to work with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
