Associate/AVP Fixed Income recruitment
My client one of the largest Chinese Banks and is looking for an AVP of Fixed Income with structured financing execution experience.
This team has been created to support both asset management and the sell side business.
Your main responsibility is to help grow and support fixed income work focusing across long only listed bonds, structured finance, private equity, high yield/high grade bonds and non-performing loans.
You will be expected to work with external internal professionals viz. lawyers, analyst accountants with respect to due diligence, deal structuring and deal negotiations.
You will also be required to review and monitor investment performance and financing operations. It will also cover listed bonds and the private investment opportunities in publically listed companies.
Requirements:
Min. 5 years’ experience in the fixed income / credit world along with being registered as licensed person under HK SFC is a must.
CFA Charter holder qualification is a plus but not a must for the role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese is required for the role.
