Portfolio Monitoring and Planning $65K-$85K
International Financial Firm is seeking a Client Executive and/or Associate to lead credit monitoring/control/administration of the Specialized Finance, portfolio with the goal of identifying potential credit issues. Portfolio consists primarily of energy and infrastructure project finance transactions and corporate transactions in North and Latin America. Ideal candidate will have Spanish / Portuguese language skills. The position is located in NYC.
Responsibilities include:
- Periodic internal credit reviews
- Process periodic portfolio summary and action plans, credit monitoring/administration, project budget consents, ensure security package is maintained and monitor project.
- Perform restructuring work-outs
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 yrs experience in Project Finance
- Must be comfortable reviewing complex legal documents
- Experience/knowledge in one of the following sectors: power, oil gas, infrastructure
- Experience/knowledge in a bank with Latin American transactions a plus
- Credit analysis and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and good writing/communication skills
- Skills in administration and management of structured/portfolio project finance
- Ability to present and implement solutions
- High degree of adaptability to internal procedures, policies, systems and compliance
- Familiarity with Excel and complex financial models
- Able to manage and mentor junior staff
- Spanish/Portuguese skills a plus
