Successful candidates will be working to support BDA and our clients in all aspects of MA transactions; including business origination meetings, pitch preparation, financial modeling and valuation, due diligence and transaction execution, while also supervising Analysts. Associates will work on transaction in Greater China and South East Asia.

BDA is a boutique investment banking firm that advises on mergers and acquisitions, with one of the largest independent MA teams in Asia. We specialize in cross-border transactions with transaction values up to US$500m. We have offices and 60+ professional staff throughout Asia, Europe and the US.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of MA experience
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; intellectual curiosity is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Desire to work hard to produce outstanding results
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- Currently a resident in Hong Kong
- Flexibility to travel at short notice
- We are most interested in candidates with previous experience in MA advisory
