Associate/Senior Associate – Private Equity – Hong Kong | APAC recruitment
This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates from an Investment Banking. Consultancy or Private Equity Background to Launch their career to new heights by accessing one of the most developed and renowned PE Platforms across the globe. The role has the scope to develop and expand along with the firm, heading up new offices as they grow all over the APAC region.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to major deal structuring through fundamental analysis of companies, due dilligence, macro-strategic analysis of the deal environment and managing the relationships in between
- Develop new client relationships and source new business
- Conceptualise and pitch new investment proposals to the Senior Management
- Manage and enhance the operational aspects of the firm
Key Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Quantitative field from a Top Tier School. Post-Graduate and MBA candidates will be given preference
- 3-5 Years experience with a Tier-1 Investment Baking team, covering all aspects of the MA process. Candidates with 2-3 years experience within a PE firm will also be considered
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fleuncy in English and Mandarin is required
