About Our Client
Our client an established Global Banking group with a strong reputation and presence in south east Asia is looking to hire a VP or an Associate into their Oil Gas structured finance team in Singapore.
Job Description
In this regional role covering Asia Pacific, you will report directly into the head of Structured Finance Asia Pacific. In addition you will:
- Assist in origination and execution of structured finance transactions focused on oil gas
- Drive the structuring of transactions in particular in the Reserve Based Lending area
- Oversee and drive the cash flow modeling of potential transactions
- Produce pitch books, bid books and term sheets
- Write investment committee and credit papers
- Drive negotiations
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 - 5 years of Asia based structured finance experience
- Ideally have strong Oil Gas financing experience
- Prior experience in Reserve Based Lending
- Strong knowledge of structured loan products
- Deep expertise in cash flow financial modeling is required
- Knowledge of the regional oil gas sector
