About our client
We are working with a well regarded and high performing placement agent. Founded in 2011 by some of the most respected names in the industry, the business is currently working with a number of Private Equity firms and is busy raising multiple funds. It is looking to strengthen its team and add an associate or VP. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a successful career in fundraising.
Responsibilities
- You will play a key role in developing the business and work closely with the partners on all aspects of the fundraising process
- You’ll be responsible for project management including due diligence, financial analysis, relationship management and marketing
- Candidates with experience of sales and distribution will also add support in these areas
Skills we’re looking for
- Top class academics
- Prior experience as a placement agent, MA banker, MA Lawyer or Fund Lawyer, MA accountant or background in analytical research
- Strong financial, analytical, documentation and communication skills are essential
- Prior fund-raising experience is highly desirable but not essential for an associate
- For a VP role it is essential to have prior placement experience
