Our client is a top tier global private equity fund that has a long and successful track record globally especially China. Key industries of focus include, but not limited to: Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, and etc.
Job Description
- The Associate/Senior Associate will be responsible for assisting with the generation of investment ideas and target companies across multiple sectors
- Negotiating, finalising and closing deals
- Deal Structuring (due diligence, valuations, financial analysis etc)
- Liaise with professionals externally (lawyers etc)
Requirement
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience
- MBA from a top 10 school with a strong academic record preferred
- Advanced analytical skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fundamental knowledge of finance, accounting and valuation
- Prior experience in loans restructuring is preferred
- Flexibility to travel
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
