A leading wholesale bank in Asia is looking for a Relationship Manager to originate and execute syndicated finance transactions including conducting financial analysis, monitor financial modeling, executing transactions, identify and exploit business opportunities for business development primarily in the Real Estate and Property Development sector to meet the business objectives.
As an Asst Manager, you will have the opportunity to structure new deals and assist the origination and execution of transactions related to syndicated finance, particularly in real estate and property development. You will Conduct detailed analysis on customers' financial status to ensure the deal propositions are commercially attractive to the Company.
With a minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in corporate banking environment, you will have Comprehensive understanding of all facets of execution in relation to syndicated finance in Hong Kong(valuation, due diligence, deal structure, etc.) with Good hands-on experience in different financial modelling. You will be a strong problem solver and negotiator. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese required.
