As a key part of the Health Safety Environment Assurance (HSEA) team, you’ll provide leadership and guidance to our fast-growing logistics and supply function (National Delivery Service). Managing a team of two, you will drive industry-leading HSEA principles through diligent resource management and planning. Through your development of advanced audit programmes and trend reporting, our standards will be continuously reviewed and improved.
Here’s what you’ll need:
· A proven track record in health and safety management in a large, complex environment
· Experience implementing HSEA compliance and assurance frameworks to best-in-class industry standards
· Experience leading a team of HSEA professionals
· The ability to build relationships and provide advice to a wide range of Network Rail stakeholders
