Roles Responsibilities
Translate client’s multi channel requirements into ATG technical designs, design repositories and integrate with enterprise systems
Own end to end delivery of multi-channel digital consumer experience applications based on a foundation of Oracle ATG Commerce suite
Design and develop content management solutions and search engines, unlocking the business value of ATG.
Independently evaluate ecommerce products, establish standards, define architecture Teach, mentor and share knowledge, improve processes and develop systematic solutions to problem patterns.
Design and architect commerce features such as search and navigation, product browse, personalization
Design and architect merchandizing features such as catalog, pricing and promotions, Pricing promotions, order, checkout process, campaigns and integrations of the enterprise systems.
Architect solutions around customer service, campaign management and data analytics.
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to commerce implementation.
Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions.
Provide inputs and direction to senior developers on the team for design and implementation.
Contribute towards assets building for the COE
Define implementation processes, quality gates and standards
Define best practices to implement non functional requirements like performance and scalability of the ecommerce solution.
Lead and motivate high performance teams demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Generic Managerial Skills
Good communication, leadership and team skills needed.
Education
Either B.E./B.Tech or MCA or BS CS or BS Engineering
