Sales Associate - Part Time Sales Associate
Who you are.
As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is sales. But at Atmosphere, how you go about generating sales is just as important as the numbers you deliver. So what makes a successful Sales Associate? Well, for starters, you're a sports enthusiast. You have broad knowledge of the wide world of sports and you're able to apply that knowledge to help customers make informed buying decisions. You're also someone who is driven to succeed. As such, you're friendly, energetic, and enjoy talking to people. Whether you're handling a return or making a sale, you demonstrate a "no problem" attitude when dealing with customers.
Key Accountabilities
* Exceeding personal sales targets on a daily and weekly basis
* Delivering a consistently high level of customer service every hour the store is open, to all customers
* Be an expert in all areas of product knowledge * Maintain store visual presentation expectations and maintenance / housekeeping standards
* Ensure 100% price scan accuracy (accurate pricing on all products)
* Completing all required training courses
* Consistently adhering to all Loss Prevention Policy and Procedure Profile
* You are extremely comfortable talking to people
* Experience in a customer service environment
