ATS Subject Matter Expert
Our client a Global Financial Services firm is currently looking for an Application Tracking Systems (ATS) Specialist to assist with continued development and maintenance issues. The suitable candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert with an understanding of functional and technical aspects of an ATS.
Responsibilities
· Ability to communicate with IT and address issues – Create end to end testing methodology, Execute functional and technical testing
· Work with cross functional teams and assist the business on a variety of development concepts.
· Train users on the functionality of the ATS
Qualifications
· University Degree or related work experience
· Experience working as with ATS from a consultancy perspective, working with users and technical teams.
· Experience from an eRecruitment perspective and how an ATS functions.
· Experience with Taleo a definite asset.
