ATT Account Manager - Platform/UC/Mobility Solution Sales - Downstate, IL

ATT Account Manager (AM) is a direct seller and account management professional with responsibility for supporting and/or owning lifecycle sales for ATT?s Platform/United Communication Solutions and/or ATT Mobility Solution Portfolio within the Signature Client Group of customers. As a strategic partner to ATT Client Solution Executive (CSE), the Account Manager provides assistance and support in driving new sales opportunities, navigating the sales processes and providing the necessary support for the sale of ATT?s Platform/UC and/or Mobility Solution portfolios. This is a great opportunity to work with some of ATT?s Large Fortune Customers in the Signature Client Group where you can leverage your market and industry expertise by successfully identifying and delivering products, services, systems and solutions designed to solve the strategic business priorities of the Signature Client group of Customers. Roles and responsibilities of ATT?s Account Manager include but not limited to the following: Partner with account team to grow the revenue base for ATT Platform/United Communication and/ or Mobility Solution Portfolio Identify customer needs related to Platform/UC solution portfolio Partner with account team in supporting account relationships Own lifecycle activities for Platform/UC or Mobility solution portfolio Assists the CSE?s in driving new sales opportunities and navigating the process Partner with account team regarding customer contacts/visits with existing and prospective customers Complete sales process activities for complex solutions that solve customer strategic business priorities. Builds and maintains a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects Partner with the account in representing the company to the account and the account to the company in all sales oriented activities, observing and participating in the presentation of products and services that can benefit customer needs. Establish and maintain productive long-term networks and relationships with customers, continuously establishing, growing and maintaining influential relationships at all levels. Demonstrate and maintain complete extensive knowledge of the organizations entire product and service line. Partner with clients to understand the business need, potential issues, necessary strategies and priorities required and successfully deliver value-added business solutions. Anticipate the customer needs; identify and deliver value added solutions based on those needs. Develop responses to Request for Proposals (RFP) Utilize consultative selling skills to close sales within assigned accounts. Sell in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture. Identify key trends and customer needs and leverage industry knowledge and applications in order to find and close opportunities. Responds to customers interpersonal and business needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrate a sustained record of sales achievement and meeting revenue objectives Effectively influences customers and diffuse potential problems. Assist management team in devising direct sales plans and strategies as needed. Partner with account team to develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned complex accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. May provide support to the sales team through coaching or mentoring, assisting less e xperienced peers and or acting as team lead when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers
