ATT Administrative Assistant - Great Neck, NY
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, control of records, budget information and reports
- Work with confidential material
- Coordinate activities with internal and external clients
- Contact personnel at various organizational levels to gather information and prepares reports
- Determine processes to handle routine assignments for the organization such as report generation, bills/vouchers, worksheets and workflow
- Use various software programs and office equipment to perform assignments
- Prepare correspondence, maintain files and complete special projects
- May assist in answering hot lines or other telephone lines
- Typically reports to General Management
- This is a Non-Supervisory position
- 2+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to clear a background check and drug test
- The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
- Office Management experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
