ATT Area Mgr RAN Engineering - King of Prussia, PA - 1203129 Description Key Roles and Responsibilities Manage multiple RAN performance engineers that identify and troubleshoot network performance issues. Lead the performance triage process within the market and drive the resolution of customer impacting issues. Responsible for monitoring network performance metrics and developing action plans to address performance issues. Identify root causes, trends, and offenders with the goal of developing an understanding what it takes to close the gap towards established goals and objectives. Identify and jointly implement network processes and technical improvement plans designed to increase customer satisfaction. Responsible for field investigation of customer, business, and executive escalations and the development of a resolution plan. Interface with many internal groups to accomplish goals. Requires strong knowledge of specialty area or broad knowledge of the organization and operation. Works closely with managers and project team members to assess/meet department goals. Plans and organizes work projects, budgets and resources. Assists directors and executive management with implementation, development of strategies, guidelines. Remains current with industry trends / technologies. Monitors and is responsible for budgets for area of responsibility. Ensures compliance with government regulations and system specifications.
