JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Store Manager
Exemption Status: Exempt

Purpose of the job:
The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring that sales team members consistently achieve their sales quota/income objectives and meet or exceed goals. The Store Manager must demonstrate strong leadership skills and develop, implement and manage programs and processes for the team to achieve retail objectives. The Store Manager also recruits, trains and motivates staff; facilitates goal setting and evaluates performance. The Store Manager is expected to set the example of the Company's values and policies.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Work with the appropriate departments or business partners to ensure efficient, courteous handling of all customer requests;
2. Maintain store appearance and presentation standards.
3. Maintain proper sales, financial and inventory controls for store location.
4. Make certain that employees within the location are following Company policy and procedures.
5. Manager is ultimately responsible for the activities of the location and will be held accountable for any discrepancies in the stores paperwork, sales, deposits and inventory.
6. Deposits are to be made daily and a copy of the bank deposit slip filed in the store with the daily paperwork.
7. Create employee schedules and maintain adherence to the attendance policy, ensuring that the store opens on time according to the stores operating hours.

Knowledge and skills required:
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent
• 1+ years of sales/general management experience with previous successful personal sales and customer service background.
• Strong overall knowledge of the technology, telecommunications and/or electronics industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good decision-making skills, problem-solving and well developed analytical skills

Position Title: Solution Specialist
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt

Basic Function: Solution Specialist is required to sell all products and services offered by the Company. Meet all sales objectives. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders. Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to Management regarding local competition and product/service needs. Handle service inquiries from customer while providing efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that each customers receives outstanding Customer Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.
2. Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
3. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
4. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; ensures re-wraps are done promptly.
5. Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
6. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
7. Communicate Guest requests to management.
8. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Physical Requirements for both positions:

1. Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
2. Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
3. Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
4. Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
5. Ability to stand for long period of times.
6. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
7. Ability to climb ladders.
8. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing up to 25 pounds.
9. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
