Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internship

The HR LDP program is designed for graduate students who are within one year of graduation. This 10-12 week summer program offers students the opportunity to do challenging work in the Human Resources organization while evaluating their compatibility with ATT. Internships are located in Dallas, TX.
As a candidate, you will experience:
- Merge your academic experience with challenging real world work experience
- Work amongst a diverse group of talented individuals with a variety of educational backgrounds on meaningful projects that impact ATT's business
- Exposure to key executives within ATT
- Consideration for ATT's full time HR Leadership Development Program

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Masters degree with a concentration in Human Resources
Demonstrated leadership experience via work experience or extra-curricular organizational activities
Ability to drive for results and track measures of success; Analytical and financial confidence
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and concisely across regional, functional, and cultural boundaries
Demonstrated technical savvy (incl. MS Office applications and social networking applications)
Exceptional collaboration skills
