ATT Program Mgr Tech, Sr Specialist - Durham, NC Job Responsibility: Deployment, Project Management and Service Management support for wireline services for the Federal Government. Strong emphasis on customer service. * Manages wireline services, mainly local services providing implementation, service management and billing support to Federal government agencies * Manages WBS interdependencies * Onsite Customer Interfacing PM managing projects from inception to closure * Coordinates and communicates with cross-functional organizational teams to create and maintain detailed project schedules, resource tracking, and serves as main point of contact for technical issues, who manages and leads the Technical Project team. * Provides regular status updates to customers, senior executives and key stake holders. * Project time tracking, monitoring progress and status reporting * Establishing timeframes for project deliverables * Customer Satisfaction Oversees all required resources such as engineering, manpower, production, computer time, facilities and the like are available for the program. Oversees project payment milestones. Provide Lifecycle and Service Management including billing, reporting, contract management, SLAs and maintenance support. Preferred Experience * 2 years local service delivery and support * 2 years Project Management experience * 5 years Telecommunications Voice, VOIP and Wireline experience * 5 years Telecommunications Service Assurance or Service Management support * Experience working with Federal Agencies a plus Preferred Skills * BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field * Outstanding verbal and writing communication skills * Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills * Network Certification including Cisco * PMP Certification * ITIL Certification Must pass a Government public trust clearance Must work onsite at Federal Agency in Raleigh, NC
