ATT Sr. IT Client Consultant- PeopleSoft HCM- Atlanta, GA
The Sr. IT Client Consultant is the Tactical Client Advocate responsible for overseeing and managing the capture and resolution of production related issues or requests. The Sr. IT Client Consultant manages troubleshooting efforts, changes and client communication for cases opened against his/her portfolio of Clients. The Sr. IT Client Consultant acts as a client advocate within ATT Hosting Application Services to ensure the highest quality of service and rapid response to issues. One of the primary responsibilities of this role is to provide level one and two support for our HCM clients specifically focusing on PeopleSoft Application Security, Payroll, Payroll Interface, ELM, eModules. ? "Tactical Client Advocate" ownership of issues until resolved. ? Responsible for answering phones, opening incidents, resolve problems, assign transferable incidents to the appropriate team for resolution, incident follow up, produce reporting for clients for incident review on regular basis, attending outage/incident bridge calls. ? Drive Patch review/testing, break/fix testing, enhancement projects for customer.
