ATT Student Intern I- PeopleSoft Helpdesk - Saint Louis, MO
- Must be currently enrolled in school and in the process of pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Must have GPA of 3.0 or better
- Basic computer skills and PC knowledge- Internet Explorer, Windows
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
- Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Able to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Ability to clear a criminal background check, driver's license check and drug test
Must be able to work between 8am-6pm EST Monday- Friday- flexibility may be required
- The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work in the evenings if needed
- Computer Science, MIS, Communications, Business Administration or Math major
- Customer Service or Troubleshooting skills and experience preferred
