The program provides the Student Intern practical work experience to augment their education and career preparation. During the work experience, the Student Intern will be exposed to the interpersonal relationships a job requires, both with co-workers and supervisors that are essential in obtaining a successful, satisfying career. Job Responsibilities: The Summer Intern are to utilize their skills to analysis productivity reports and provide assistance with workload management in an effort to increase the overall efficiency and orders per rep of the Richardson center. The summer Intern will be engaged in analyzing daily workload and productivity reports for the Richardson center. The Summer Intern will monitor individual Service Reps results and provide documentation and suggestions on trends. The Intern will be expected to work closely with the Management team to provide feedback and documentation with a goal to increase the orders per rep for the Center. In an effort to increase awareness and remove roadblocks to utilization, the summer intern will educate the center on; Type it in Tool, MOE, Quick hits, and ROAR. The intern will pull utilization reports to help determine if usage of all tools are being maximized and develop SME's with in the center to help improve the overall effectiveness of the tools. Review all CEE results for the McMillon organization to drive changes inside and outside the organization to improve Customer Satisfaction results by 10% year over year.
