ATT Student Intern - Instructional Designer - Atlanta, GA
***Position must be filled in ATLANTA, GA***
*Responsible for the design, development, and evaluation of training and performance improvement interventions or special projects for ATT's Business and Home Solutions organizations.
*Uses a systematic process to analyze, create and implement an effective solution.
*Responsible for producing design plans targeted to client-based performance needs, developing courses and learning interventions, and integrating a variety of adult instructional techniques.
*Responsible for the management, development and reporting of a special program assignment
- Must currrently be obtaining or a recent graduate of a Masters Degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Organizational Development, Adult Learning or Organizational Psychology
- Must possess strong project management and consulting
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
