Responsibilities:

Financial reporting -Preparation of the monthly quarterly financial statements for the business and ensure that the reporting needs from Head Office, external stakeholders, including Regulators and Shareholders are met.
Management reporting (planning and analysis): Support internal stakeholders for short/ medium term planning, budgeting, profitability and productivitiy analysis
Product Control: To ensure the integrity of the financials for revenue/ trade and balance sheet accounts for financial products, with a close working relationship with trading desks
Regulatory reporting: To ensure the timely and accurate submission of regulatory returns to authorities

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with the Big 4
Strong working exposure on financial institutions such as banks, hedge funds, asset management, insurance
Sound knowledge of accounting standards such as SFRS/IFRS/US GAAP
Accounting qualifications, i.e. CA, CPA will be highly advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
