Our client is a leading media organisation who is looking for experienced customer service representatives to join their busy office in the CBD. There are a number of exciting opportunities vacant in their customer service department. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to be part of a fast pace, energetic and challenging environment with fluctuating work loads.
The Role;
- Respond to customer request via telephone, email and mail
- Follow up on customer enquiries and effectively resolve problems
- Promote and cross sell products and services with a focus on retentions
- Meet KPI requirements
The Ideal candidate must;
- have previous experience in a high volume contact centre
- execute a high level of customer service at all time
- have excellent communication skills
- be an excellent team player
- be KPI focused
- have excellent problem solving skills
- possess a positive attitude
- be available Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 6pm and weekends between the hours of 7am and 12pm
