Our client is a leading media organisation who is looking for experienced customer service representatives to join their busy office in the CBD. There are a number of exciting opportunities vacant in their customer service department. You will be rewarded with reaps of different benefits such as incentive schemes, rotating hours and being part of a fun, social dynamic team.

This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to be part of a fast pace, energetic and challenging environment with fluctuating work loads.

The Role;

  • Respond to customer request via telephone, email and mail
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and effectively resolve problems
  • Promote and cross sell products and services with a focus on retentions
  • Meet KPI requirements

The Ideal candidate must;

  • have previous experience in a high volume contact centre
  • execute a high level of customer service at all time
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be an excellent team player
  • be KPI focused
  • have excellent problem solving skills
  • possess a positive attitude
  • be available Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of  7am and 6pm and weekends between the hours of 7am and 12pm
