Entry-level attorneys should have the attributes of the paralegals and, in addition, be able to manage preparation of privilege logs and be able to independently conduct interviews of records custodians for both paper and e-discovery purposes.
Desirable: substantive knowledge of current law, particularly New Jersey law, regarding evidential privileges and experience in the assessment and assertion of privilege claims in litigation.
