Attorney – Top Asset Manager recruitment
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide spectrum of strategic legal and compliance initiatives. You will provide support to the company’s registered investment adviser entities as well as for trading businesses and initiatives. You will research and draft legal memoranda on applicable securities laws and regulations, as well as interact with regulators.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as an associate at a major U.S. law firm, or in the legal department of a similar organization, with experience in securities law.
-Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, an aptitude for building business relationships, and a keen interest in learning numerous areas of the law.
-An efficient, self-motivated multi-tasker, the ideal candidate will also have experience with the financial services industry.
