Must be willing to travel as needed for contract negotiations Ideal Candidate will have experience in briefing Senior Management regarding risks associated with entering into a particular transaction. Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment is a must. · Oversees legal counsel given to management on highly complex legal matters and/or within specific area of expertise. Directs preparation and negotiation of complex legal documents including briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
