Attractive graduate position as Technical Helpdesk Support Analyst
Job Description
You will work closely together with a team of approximately 10 Technical Helpdesk Support Analysts to support about 750 users and report directly to the Helpdesk Manager.
The team spirit is dynamic and is willing to help each other out where possible. Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to providing Helpdesk support by either phone or email to internal users, record and resolve all incoming requests, process procedures, solve network connectivity issues and participate on the occasional assigned projects.

- Fresh graduates with a higher degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent and strong communications skills in English
- Good experience with Microsoft Office products, Windows XP, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.
